Christmas season

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. Everyone loves Christmas, even though it’s hard to prepare everything. Before Christmas eve, people go to the mall to buy presents, decorations, Christmas trees and more other things.

But Christmas isn’t all about presents. It’s all about Jesus’ birth, family and friends. God thought that he would send Jesus to Earth, so he could teach us about him. But God also wanted to make people happy by reuniting them with their families, so he decided to make the day when Jesus was born a really special day for everyone in the world.

There are people whose family members have to work in another country and sometimes on another continent too, but on Christmas eve they return to their country, where their family members are, and spend the holiday together just like a real family. So, if Jesus hadn’t been born and God wouldn’t have sent him to Earth, we couldn’t spend time with our families so much, and we couldn’t see family members from other countries.

This is why we should be respectful and thankful that we can be with our families every day, because not everyone is so lucky.
