Mary’s fairytale

In a distant village lived an old lady whose husband had recently died. She loved her husband very much, and because of this reason, it made her feel very alone, for the reason that she only knew him, and him alone. So, one day she decided to find new friends.

This woman travelled a long way until she found another village. There, people were very nice, but scared at the same time. It turned out that there was a cave near the townlet in which a dragon lived.

This dragon came to the village every month and ate the youngest child. Soon, he would visit again. The village people asked the old woman to help them kill the dragon. Unfortunately, the woman’s husband had been a hunter, and she brought his guns with her.

The old woman went to the cave and fought the dragon. The battle lasted for 7 days, but finally, the dragon fell. The woman was very happy, but not as happy as the villagers. As a reward, people decided to crown the old woman their queen.

They held a ceremony that lasted for 12 days and 12 nights. The woman’s mission was not over. As the hamlet was very old and poor, she was determined to start mondernising it.

After 4 years of work, the village had almost grown into a town. The old woman was so tired of everything that she died a month later. The village was renamed in honour of the woman, or more precisely, her name. So, this townlet is still called Mary’s village.
