The mythical world - Chapter 1

“Living in a rich family isn’t always the best thing in life.” That’s what Zoe always says all the time. “It’s not like I’m ungrateful, but since I was 5, my parents started leaving us with every babysitter they could find, or sometimes with the maids.

I’m 12 years old and I don’t have a problem with this, and neither do my siblings, but sometimes we really want our parents to spend more time with us. Suzan, or Suzi, the way we usually call her, has lots of fashion competitions all over the world, she is even a pro model. Jack is the competitive one, he loves going to races, and he always wins. Jason is the oldest, he’s 16 years old, and of course, the oldest, and he’s approaching graduation.

And last but not least, Jackson: he loves playing basketball and football. And of course, I’m the smartest. And as I said, Jason is the oldest one, then comes Jack, Jackson, I and Suzi or Suzan. Our dad has his own company, and that is the tallest building from California. We live in a Manison with a pool and a tennis court.

I really want to live in a normal family, because some people only use me because I am rich, but at least I have 3 best friends. But anyways I should pack my things for school, because tomorrow another day is starting.” Suddenly Zoe started hearing a strange sound.

“What is this sound?”

A mouse shadow figure stole Zoe’s favourite book.

“Hey, come back! Give me my book back! STOP!”

Suddenly, the shadow ran into a portal.

“What is happening? Am I dreaming?”

Zoe checked her phone, and after that she decided to go into the portal. “Ahhh!” The portal took her in another world or a parallel universe that no one had ever seen.

“Where am I?”
